There are many, many links of interest to activists.
Our objective for this page is to provide links to sites that we wanted to
include elsewhere in this site, but that didn't quite fit anywhere else.
We've also included links to several sites that contain
comprehensive sets of links for many issues that are a great jumping off point
for getting more educated and involved.

- Electronic Privacy Information Center -
The Electronic Privacy Information Center is a public interest research center in Washington, D.C. It was established in 1994 to
focus public attention on emerging civil liberties issues and to protect privacy, the First Amendment, and constitutional values.
- NAACP -
The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) sponsors
a variety of programs designed to ensure civil rights compliance, equitable
treatment of all Americans under law, the attainment
of educational excellence, access to health care and economic empowerment.
- Southern
Poverty Law Center - The Southern Poverty Law Center is a nonprofit
organization that combats hate, intolerance and discrimination through
education and litigation. Its programs include the Intelligence Project,
Teaching Tolerance and Tolerance.org.
Environment
- David Suzuki Foundation -
Since 1990, the David Suzuki Foundation has worked to find ways for society to live in balance with the natural world that sustains us.

A great directory listing of related sites.
- Greenpeace -
A well known environmental non-profit organization, with a presence in 40
countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Pacific. To maintain
its independence, Greenpeace does not accept donations from governments or
corporations, but relies on contributions from individual supporters and
foundation grants.
- USCAN
Members Contact Information
- The US Climate Action Network (USCAN) serves as the focal point for
global climate change activities in the United States. USCAN is made up
of over forty environment, development and energy non-governmental organizations.

list is a great listing of envronmental groups in the US.
Governmental Reform
- ReclaimDemocray.org -
ReclaimDemocracy.org works to create a representative democracy with an actively
participating public. They have a great list of links for groups working
on governmental reform.
- opensecrets.org -
A great site that dissects the flow of money in politics, run by The Center
for Responsive Politics, a non-partisan, non-profit research group
based in Washington, DC that tracks money in politics and its effect on
elections and public policy.

American Special Operations Group -
The North American Special Operations Group was established
by highly experienced former members of specialist units
within the armed forces, and former members of intelligence and law
enforcement agencies, as well as respected members from various civilian
fields. They have a comprehensive list of links to humanitarian
organizations worldwide.

Oxfam International is a confederation of 12 organizations working together
